Once availability has been confirmed the Booking Secretary will then email you a Booking Agreement along with a Booking Form for your completion and return to the Booking Secretary.
It is important that you read our Booking Agreement before returning your Booking Form.

We charge a minimum of 5 hours
£95 for residents of Great Easthall
+ £15 ph after the first 5
£105 for non residents
+ £17 ph after the first 5
Deposits -
Saturday
£150 if hiring between 12pm - 8pm
£500 if hiring beyond 8pm
Sunday
£150
If payment does not reach us by the payment date as set out on your invoice, the date will go back on for re-sale
We will however withhold your deposit if necessary once hall has been checked after hire if either the hall/kitchen/toilets have been left unclean, hire over runs or any damage to hall/contents
All hire times need to include setting up/cleaning time.
We DON’T allow parties for 13 - 20 yr olds.
