Please email our Booking Secretary via the Contact Us tab for availability and prices.

Once availability has been confirmed the Booking Secretary will then email you a Booking Agreement along with a Booking Form for your completion and return to the Booking Secretary. 

It is important that you read our Booking Agreement before returning your Booking Form.

Saturday midday - 11pm

Minimum of 5 hours at £95 plus £15 per hour for additional hours.

We require a £150 deposit for any hire between the hours of 12pm - 8pm.

or 

We require a £500 deposit if hire is booked to end after 8pm.

Sunday midday - 6pm

Minimum of 3 hours at £65 plus £15 per hour for additional hours.

We require a £150 deposit for all Sunday hire.

If payment does not reach us by the payment date as set out on your invoice, the date will go back on for re-sale

The deposit will be withheld if necessary, once the hall has been checked after hire if:

• The hall, foyer, kitchen, toilets, car park or garden area have been left untidy or unclean

• Hire overruns beyond agreed hire time

• There is any damage found to hall/contents, including decorations, tape or blu-tac used on any painted walls.

Please note:

• We strictly do not allow parties for 13-20 yr olds.

• The capacity of the hall is 100 people.

• If full payment does not reach us by the payment due date as set out on your invoice, the date will be listed as available for re-sale.

• All hire times include setting up/cleaning time.
